    APPROVAL OF THE CANDIDATE: ONCE THE CANDIDATE HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CLIENT, THE SPECIALIST IS CONFIRMED FOR ASSIGNMENT TO THE VESSEL.
    CONTRACT PREPARATION: DRAFTING AND SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT, AGREEMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS (SALARY, DURATION OF THE CONTRACT, WORKING AND REST CONDITIONS).

    FINAL TRAINING
    SAFETY BRIEFING: A FINAL BRIEFING ON SAFETY, TRAINING AND SPECIFICS OF WORKING ON THE PARTICULAR VESSEL IS GIVEN BEFORE DEPARTURE TO THE VESSEL.
    PAPERWORK: CHECKING OF ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING VISAS, WORK PERMITS AND OTHER LEGAL MATTERS.
    VOYAGE PREPARATION: ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRANSPORT TO THE VESSEL, PREPARATION OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
